About the Role
Parallel Employment Group is seeking a qualified Electronics Assembler/Inspector for a temp-to-long term position with room for growth at an electronics manufacturing company in Lancaster, NY.
Responsibilities
- Assemble various electronic products including printed circuit boards and wire cables.
- Use tools to make or repair parts and products.
- Interpret technical documents such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions.
- Work under a microscope or maglight.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
- Meet all safety requirements.
- Identify and handle defective items according to established procedures.
- Use reason to solve problems as they arise.
- Hand solder SMT and Through hole components.
- Read component values, bills of materials, work procedures, and drawings.
- Perform soldering.
- Work under magnification.
Requirements
- Must have experience hand soldering SMT and Through hole components.
- Must be able to read component values, bills of materials, work procedures and drawings.
