About the Role

Our Massage Therapists are empowered to build meaningful client relationships, deliver customized treatment plans, and help guests achieve their wellness goals through repeat visits and consistent care. With an established membership base, steady client demand, and a supportive team environment, you'll have the opportunity to focus on providing exceptional massage therapy while we handle the marketing, bookings, supplies, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Perform customized massage sessions based on each client's needs and goals
Develop treatment plans that support long-term wellness outcomes
Create exceptional experiences that encourage repeat visits and client loyalty
Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation
Uphold cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms and common areas

Requirements

Active New York Massage Therapy License
Ability to maintain professional liability insurance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
Passion for helping clients feel their best
Must hold an active New York Massage Therapy License or be eligible for licensure
