About the Role
Supervise all team members in the department and assist within other areas of the plant.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor training and production in a fast-paced, medium to heavy industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Review and enforce plant safety rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with other plant supervisors and leads to ensure material and packing compliance with customer requests.
Requirements
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and follow safety and work rules.
- Leadership ability in a manufacturing environment.
