About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading all phases of construction projects—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring successful delivery aligned with budget, schedule, and quality objectives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate teams, manage risk, and drive project performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing multiple job sites and managing projects through all phases of construction
- Developing and executing project work plans, schedules, and resource strategies
- Managing project budgets, estimating, and change order pricing
- Coordinating subcontractors and overseeing trade contractor performance
- Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specifications
- Administering construction contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Leading project teams, including supervision of Project Engineers
- Identifying risks, disputes, and potential claims, and proactively managing resolution
- Monitoring project progress, conducting status meetings, and ensuring adherence to schedules
- Managing project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, and risk mitigation
- Communicating regularly with owners, architects, and stakeholders regarding project status
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop accurate project estimates and pricing reports
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines under pressure
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability
- Ability to drive projects to completion while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability

Experience Level

Salary/Compensations
- $110K–$197K
