Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver products and services that reimagine how the financial industry works.
Drive innovation through digitalization and AI.
Build robust, enterprise-grade solutions.
Develop AI-powered analytics.
Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.
Evaluate emerging technologies to improve developer productivity and product innovation.
Work with new technologies across the full stack.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and timezones.

Requirements

6+ years of experience with Java, Python, C++, or C#.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers.
Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization for enterprise-grade applications.
Strong experience with CI/CD, unit testing framework and automation (testing/deployment) in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Prior Financial Services or Big Tech experience preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
