Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver products and services that reimagine how the financial industry works.
  • Drive innovation through digitalization and AI.
  • Build robust, enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Develop AI-powered analytics.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to improve developer productivity and product innovation.
  • Work with new technologies across the full stack.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and timezones.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with Java, Python, C++, or C#.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers.
  • Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization for enterprise-grade applications.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, unit testing framework and automation (testing/deployment) in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Prior Financial Services or Big Tech experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
