About the Role
Lead and manage the implementation and execution of CRO strategies and client communication to achieve client goals. You will be part of a close-knit team of specialists focused on improving client website experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of CRO & UX Specialists, including resource management, prioritization, and direct management.
- Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, providing guidance to account leads and ensuring client value.
- Review client strategies to ensure alignment with long-term client objectives, including A/B testing, redesigns, acquisition journey optimization, and site speed optimization.
- Be accountable for clients, identifying threats and finding solutions to maintain client satisfaction and investment.
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly client reviews, communicating program success to senior stakeholders.
- Instill a culture of evidence-based website optimization using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Direct resource planning for the team, collaborating with strategists on deadlines and priorities.
- Build relationships with wider agency teams (PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliates, Analytics) to foster collaboration.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities, including cross-selling and new client acquisition.
- Organize and deliver training sessions for team members.
- Analyze the proposition and advance services, innovating to stay at the forefront of CRO.
Requirements
- Direct management experience, including creating and following personal development plans.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CRO and UX, covering A/B-testing, personalization, and UX projects.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading difficult client calls/meetings and steering them to actionable conclusions.
- Ability to mentor and coach the team on CRO and instill a desire for continuous learning.
