Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP, Director of Product Marketing – Broker to execute go-to-market plans for new products, features, and releases, owning market readiness (execution, communication, and enablement) for the product roadmap.
- Create and maintain a high-quality library of product marketing assets in collaboration with content and design teams, including positioning documents, messaging frameworks, one-pagers, battle cards, slide decks, and website copy.
- Coordinate product launches end-to-end, managing timelines, aligning stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and customer success, and ensuring readiness across all customer-facing channels.
- Support sales enablement by developing materials that articulate product value, handle objections, and communicate competitive differentiation, and delivering training when needed.
- Serve as an internal voice of the customer by gathering insights through customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and collaboration with customer success, then synthesizing and surfacing learnings back to the organization.
- Monitor the competitive landscape on an ongoing basis, tracking competitor messaging, positioning shifts, and feature releases to keep internal teams informed and materials up to date.
- Collaborate cross-functionally as a reliable PMM partner to product managers, demand gen, content, and sales, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across workstreams.
- Support persona and buyer journey research, assisting in the development and refinement of ICP definitions and customer segmentation based on market signals and qualitative research.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans to drive product success.
- Work closely with Integrated Marketing and Marketing Operations to create engaging, relevant, product campaigns and content (e.g., Blog posts, product demonstrations, whitepapers, case studies, and content for product collateral to support the client journey).
- Present products both internally and externally to promote the story of our broker product stack.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, product management, or a closely related role at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- A track record of executing product launches or go-to-market campaigns with clear ownership of deliverables and timelines.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and/or customer success teams in a fast-paced technology or software environment where priorities shift.
- Hands-on experience producing marketing assets, such as positioning docs, sales decks, one-pagers, or web copy, with minimal oversight.
- Some exposure to customer research or discovery: interviews, surveys, win/loss reviews, or close collaboration with customer-facing teams to surface insights.
- Background in freight and/or logistics and supply chain, freight brokerage, market intelligence, or business intelligence solutions is a plus.
- Experience working with product management and road mapping solutions such as ClickUp, Notion, Jira, Aha, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and Marketo; comfort pulling and interpreting basic performance data from analytics platforms.
- Demonstrable ability to leverage LLMs and AI solutions to accelerate and enhance the quality of your execution work, including Microsoft Co Pilot, Claude, and Jasper.ai.
- Existing knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus.
Skills
- Exceptional written communication: clarity, precision, and ability to adjust tone and complexity for technical buyers, business stakeholders, and internal audiences.
- Strong project management instincts: comfortable owning multiple workstreams, managing up and across, and flagging risks.
- Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS customer lifecycle, buying process, and how marketing supports pipeline and retention.
- Ability to synthesize customer feedback, market signals, and competitive information into clear, actionable takeaways.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build trust quickly with cross-functional partners.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience with Word Press or other content marketing tools is preferred.
- Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
- Highly collaborative, relationship builder with stakeholders across the broader Triumph Financial organization.
- Ability to build partnerships to proactively collaborate on goals, objectives, programs and initiatives that promote brand trust, brand equity, and product innovation.
- Figma (or similar graphics tool) basic editing skills for collaboration with the product and UX teams.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Considerable tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment with ability to build/maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- High level of maturity and stability with an 'optimistic' approach.
- Self-starter able to be both entrepreneurial and strategic in approach with hands-on experience.
