About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a central role within the Talent Acquisition team, providing backend support for various tasks including interview coordination, TA operations, data integrity within the applicant tracking system, candidate profile maintenance, vendor coordination, and process improvement contributions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of managing competing priorities and anticipating stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Coordinate complex calendars, ensuring timely and efficient interview setups.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Manage weekly/monthly recruiting metrics and additional ad hoc reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system.
- Support data audits, reporting, and overall system integrity.
- Respond to ad hoc requests and provide flexible support across the TA function.
- Manage internal and external vendors.
- Assist in documenting and refining TA processes, including creation of SOPs.
Requirements
- Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative and proactive manner.
- Must be comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
- Two to four years of experience in a professional services environment; law firm preferred.
- Must be able to take initiative, be reliable, professional, team-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
Skills
- Proficient use of Outlook, Excel, SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (Specifically Workday).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
