About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will represent Baxter and our products, building trust and relationships with healthcare professionals. Your keen understanding of our product portfolio and belief in their value will fuel your confidence. You will be the primary connection to healthcare professionals, acting as the face and voice of our solutions, and sharing insights to inform priorities and changes.
Responsibilities
- Support territory sales activities to drive overall revenue for the region with a focus on specific product lines.
- Provide product in-service training for the Patient Support Systems portfolio in a hospital setting.
- Ensure educational programs meet corporate and customer goals.
- Act as a liaison between the team and customers.
- Work directly alongside the sales team and customers.
- Communicate with internal team members and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in delivery/implementation planning activities.
- Use Salesforce to assist in driving new sales opportunities and maintaining existing business.
- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize sales.
- Lead all aspects of the installation of new products post-delivery.

- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to travel 75% (may include weekends).
- High School diploma or equivalent experience is a requirement.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.

Salary/Compensations
- $60,000 - $65,000 annually
- Additional opportunity to earn sales incentive compensation
