About the Role
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers, and ensuring a positive store experience. Responsibilities include efficient checkout, merchandise handling, and supporting various store operations to maintain brand standards and product availability.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
- Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience.
- Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties.
- Maintain store recovery standards.
- Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
- Perform merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the return/go-back process.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
- Interact with others respectfully and maintain a positive attitude.
- Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves.
- Applicants must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
