About the Role

The Alamo Production Crew is the heartbeat of our theater, responsible for preparing food according to recipes and maintaining service and presentation standards. A successful crew ensures station set-up, prep, and adherence to health and safety standards, contributing to an awesome culinary experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and plates Alamo menu items according to recipes and specifications.
• Works different stations as assigned, including dish, prep, fry, salad, grill, and pizza.
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and general maintenance of equipment and dishwashing areas.
• Prepares guest food orders focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Restocks supplies, completes prep and side work, and assists with additional operational tasks.
• Supports the delivery and organization of food and beverage orders.
• Upholds standards of behavior as defined by company Core Values and Operational Guidelines.
• Maintains food safety and health standards in line with company processes and local regulations.
• Pays exceptional attention to allergy and cross-contamination protocols.
• Utilizes proper equipment for all food preparation.
• Adheres to standard kitchen cleaning, prep, and stocking schedules.
• Communicates kitchen needs, concerns, and urgent matters to teammates and managers.
• Maintains a positive, respectful workplace.
• Follows all handwashing and hygiene practices.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at one time and repeatedly during the entire shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (minimum 3 days a week, at least one day being a weekend).
• Ability to move with caution and operate in a busy/sometimes loud environment.
• Stays up-to-date on all local food compliance regulations, safety courses, and assigned online trainings.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb stairs.
