About the Role

The Clinic Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the organization, coordination, and management of the New Lisbon Family Medical Center, while also providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including telephone triage, patient education, and workload management.
• Manage work schedules, timesheets, and vacation/leave approvals.
• Oversee training for current and new staff, including interviewing, hiring, and orientation.
• Conduct employee annual evaluations, address employee issues, and perform disciplinary actions.
• Schedule and facilitate team meetings and huddles.
• Manage supply and vaccine orders, including VFC and Wifi Senso.
• Submit purchase and maintenance orders for the clinics.
• Foster team building, communication, and ensure compliance with policies and professional standards.
• Manage patient care staffing and monitor daily performance for accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Monitor work quality in clinics, providing feedback and corrective guidance.
• Develop effective decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive image.
• Assist with clinic-related audits, inspections, or surveys.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements

• Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree preferred.
• Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• 3+ years of related work experience in a similar role preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must maintain a valid, current driver's license.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
