About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service multi-site retail clients, focusing on diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and repairs of supermarket refrigeration systems while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Service supermarket refrigeration systems across assigned territory.
- Perform high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Participate in an on-call rota (1 in every 4 weeks).
Requirements
- Valid UK driver's license
- Refrigeration engineering experience
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
- CO2 Qualification
- Supermarket refrigeration experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong work ethic with Health & Safety awareness
