About the Role

We are seeking a skilled LTE Network Field Technician Sr to join our telecom team, responsible for maintaining and elevating critically important LTE infrastructure. You will install and troubleshoot equipment, analyze test results, and drive high-impact network initiatives with minimal supervision. This role offers the opportunity to partner with engineering groups to guide network builds and implement system improvements.

Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain LTE network infrastructure and resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime.
Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend actionable optimizations.
Partner with cross-functional RF, software, and test engineering groups to streamline project delivery timelines.
Diagnose and resolve issues by collaborating closely with vendors, engineering teams and customers.
Guide and support engineering teams through build and integration phases, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
Collaborate with engineering teams to rollout scalable network solutions.

Requirements

Five or more years of experience in one or more of the following networking technologies: WAN, MPLS, LAN, Route/Switch, DWDM, RF/Microwave Radio, 700/900MHz Trunked Radio (LMR) and/or LTE, fiber splicing or other relevant experience.
A degree(s) in related field or industry professional-level certification may be substituted for certain years of experience.
