About the Role
Reddit is seeking an experienced seller to join the Pharma vertical of its Large Customer Sales team. As a Senior Client Partner, you will build relationships with key brands and agencies, ensuring they achieve their business objectives using Reddit's advertising solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, driving year-over-year revenue growth.
- Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
- Establish relationships with new clients, educating them on Reddit and its ads platform.
- Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products through agency and client direct relationships.
- Use data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
- Meet project deadlines and provide excellent customer service.
- Own client meetings from agenda to presentation, setting expectations and communicating next steps.
- Serve as the primary client contact for platform updates, releases, and opportunities.
- Provide strategic, consultative advice to clients to grow relationships.
- Uncover client needs and align their goals with platform opportunities using product knowledge.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet marketing goals.
- Shape Reddit’s ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback and campaign metrics.
- Act as a Reddit evangelist and provide thought leadership at industry events.
- Mentor and train team members by sharing industry, client, and product expertise.
- Craft cohesive strategies across shared accounts with other Client Partners and Account Managers.
- Build and leverage internal relationships to deliver on client and business goals.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in digital media.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with Pharma client experience preferred.
- Experience managing partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations.
- Proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives.
- Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions.
- Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
- Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
- Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
- Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets.
- Ability to lead special projects.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
