About the Role

Charlie Health is hiring exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role involves enhancing programming and providing the best possible care, with positions available as part-time or full-time W-2.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to adolescents and young adults.
• Provide telehealth services.
• Participate in case discussions.
• Build strong relationships with clients in group settings (maximum of 8 clients per group).

Requirements

• MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN TEXAS
• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
• Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
• Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
• Available evenings to meet client needs
• Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
