About the Role

Develop, implement, and conduct training for all clinical services employees to ensure their optimal functioning in their roles and contribute to creating a healthy, addiction-free world.

Responsibilities

  • Assess training and development needs of clinical services employees through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers.
  • Organize, plan, and present onboarding, orientation, and skills refresher trainings.
  • Develop and present unique clinical trainings to fulfill specific employee needs.
  • Serve as a system administrator for the internal employee education and training platform (Relias).
  • Administer new hire orientation and ongoing mandatory in-person/remote employee trainings.
  • Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, assessment results, and retraining requirements.

Requirements

  • One year of education, training, or communications experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to host trainings and presentations in person or virtually.
  • Ability to work with staff on diverse learning levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Relias or other education and training platforms, electronic health/medical records systems, and related program software.

  • $56,000.00 - $72,000.00
