About the Role
This role supports the Litigation Practice Business Development team, focusing on Class Actions, Business Disputes, and Privacy practice areas. You will help execute strategic business development initiatives and coordinate day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment, assisting in the planning and execution of client-focused strategies to strengthen relationships and drive practice growth.
Responsibilities
- Draft and coordinate pitches, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Draft and edit correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to format, proofread, print, and compile deliverables.
- Leverage firm tools to manage data, conduct research, and create reports for business development initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing and Events teams to develop event content, identify business generation opportunities, and coordinate post-event follow-up.
- Assist with budget development, maintenance, and tracking.
- Support business development operations, including communications, reporting, and experience management.
- Coordinate responses to ad hoc requests and special projects.
Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree and three (3) years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services or consulting organization.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven ability to balance competing demands and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to building relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and software.
