Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness across three properties in the Austin area, Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts)
- Maintain landscaping and exterior grounds, including mowing, trimming, and general upkeep
- Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Conduct basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Perform interior and exterior painting as needed
- Repair and maintain tables, chairs, and other furniture
- Power wash patios, walls, sidewalks, and other surfaces
- Complete general handyman tasks and minor repairs
- Ensure all properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained
