About the Role
As a Senior IT Engineer at Ro, you will play a key role in ensuring a frictionless and secure experience for team members, contributing to an exceptional healthcare experience for patients. - Utilize infrastructure-as-code (IaC) to standardize provisioning and configuration management across platforms and infrastructure.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of Ro's Zero Trust strategy across device and user identity.
- Own and operate Ro's cloud-hosted VDI environment, including the underlying server infrastructure.
- Contribute to IT Engineering's GitHub repositories, building and maintaining tooling such as osquery and Santa.

- Ability to move quickly, learn new technologies, and adopt new tooling as it emerges.
- Passion for building and maintaining a superior IT hygiene posture and user experience.
- Strong team player - we cross-train and level up together.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
