About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain assigned territory, including monthly and quarterly activity goals.
- Support other members of the clinical outreach team as identified by the regional director.
- Supervise outreach reps in assigned territory, including weekly check-ins and performance coaching.
- Assist reps with troubleshooting or referral issues, including travel to assigned region if needed.
- Identify and execute specific action items customized to the needs of the assigned region.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities to support company growth.
- Demonstrate measured growth annually.
- Meet and exceed identified regional census goals.
- Support regional Clinical Outreach efforts by assisting representatives in the field.
- Support Regional Director as needed for travel to conferences, underperforming programs, training, and onboarding.
Requirements
- At least three years' experience working in direct outreach or clinical experience in the behavioral health field.
Skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to build and sustain trusting relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.
- Actively offer assistance to team members and celebrate team achievements.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with community-based organizations, patients, families, vendors, and other resources.

- Remote - must be local to Austin/Dallas, TX

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred.
Salary/Compensations
- $115,000 - $130,000/annually
