About the Role

Discovery Behavioral Health (DBH) is a national leader in behavioral healthcare, seeking employees who share their passion for improving lives. They offer world-class treatment for eating disorders, mental health, and substance use.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain assigned territory, including monthly and quarterly activity goals.
  • Support other members of the clinical outreach team as identified by the regional director.
  • Supervise outreach reps in assigned territory, including weekly check-ins and performance coaching.
  • Assist reps with troubleshooting or referral issues, including travel to assigned region if needed.
  • Identify and execute specific action items customized to the needs of the assigned region.
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities to support company growth.
  • Demonstrate measured growth annually.
  • Meet and exceed identified regional census goals.
  • Support regional Clinical Outreach efforts by assisting representatives in the field.
  • Support Regional Director as needed for travel to conferences, underperforming programs, training, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • At least three years' experience working in direct outreach or clinical experience in the behavioral health field.

Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build and sustain trusting relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Actively offer assistance to team members and celebrate team achievements.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with community-based organizations, patients, families, vendors, and other resources.

Location

  • Remote - must be local to Austin/Dallas, TX

Work Type

  • Full-Time
  • Flexibility after hours and weekends as needed

Experience Level

  • 3+ years experience

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred.

Salary/Compensations

  • $115,000 - $130,000/annually
