About the Role

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets.
- Clean laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices.
- Vacuum hallways.
- Clean community bathrooms to maintain a sanitary manner.
Requirements
- Organized and dependable.
- Must be a team member who provides clean affordable housing to residents.
