About the Role

Molton Brown is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to lead the team at their Bluewater Store. This role involves overseeing the sales floor, driving sales, motivating the team, and embodying the brand's commitment to customer service and luxury experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the running of the sales floor.
  • Assist in driving and motivating the team to achieve store sales and KPIs.
  • Model delivering the principles of our customer service program.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge to customers.
  • Ensure sales consultants have the tools to provide excellent customer service.
  • Utilize a personalized selling approach, managing the customer journey from start to finish.
  • Provide sensorial customer experiences through signature services like fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
  • Assist the team with general store related tasks, including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in retail.
  • Experience working in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve both store and personal KPIs.
  • High level of personal grooming standards.
  • Passion for luxury.
  • Champion brand values.
  • Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements.
