About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Assistant for our Architectural Coatings division. This role offers in-store training and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers on the trade counter and in store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Undertake all required training to confidently select the correct product for customer needs and promote the brand.
- Ensure the store is always well-presented and clean.
- Follow stock management procedures, including taking in deliveries and keeping shelves full.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is desirable.
- Good communication skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Good understanding of IT systems.
- Flexibility towards working hours and duties.
- Driving License is desirable.

- Competitive starting salary with yearly reviews
