About the Role

Noah's New York Bagels is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our bakery. As a brand ambassador, you will create a positive guest experience, ensuring food quality and a clean store environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many managers starting as Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in.
• Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.

Skills

• Guest service experience a plus, but not required.
• Restaurant experience a plus, but not required.
• Retail experience a plus, but not required.
