About the Role
This role focuses on developing and integrating thin film deposition processes for next-generation DRAM, with an emphasis on EUV patterning films. You will take ownership from early concept through high-volume manufacturing, offering strong technical depth, multi-functional collaboration, and direct impact on future memory technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize thin film deposition processes for advanced DRAM
- Perform process characterization, solving issues, and defect reduction
- Drive thin film roadmap activities aligned to future technology nodes
- Collaborate with teams and suppliers to mature tools and materials
- Analyze physical and electrical data to guide process decisions
Requirements
- PhD or MS or equivalent experience with 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience in a related field
- Strong foundation in process science including thermodynamics or transport phenomena
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments using DOE
- Ability to work independently and across multi-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
