About the Role

The Sales Strategy & Operations (SS&O) team guides critical business decisions across the advertising sales organization through strategy, analytics, and operations. As a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager for North America Enterprise, you will partner closely with the North America Enterprise SS&O team and sales leaders to develop and implement data-driven strategies to accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with key sales leaders on strategic, organizational, and operational projects to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Structure and execute projects by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing data, leading analyses, and developing recommendations.
  • Analyze key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics to derive insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for sales leadership.
  • Understand customer interactions with product and service offerings by leveraging large amounts of structured data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Measurement, and Product.
  • Proactively identify and redefine processes and systems to improve and scale the business.
  • Support company-level strategy-setting and planning efforts.
  • Apply AI for data analysis and insight generation, ensuring a strong understanding of AI outputs and their connection to data sources.
  • Standardize and automate workflows using AI tooling, including documenting and improving recurring sales processes and building templates, checklists, and scripts to reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations within a fast-paced, highly analytical environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, tech/media, or revenue/sales strategy & operations).
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort in working with large datasets, building models, and forecasting.
  • High data fluency and tool comfort, including advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Familiarity with SQL and querying large datasets is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience building metrics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting for senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior sales leaders to define strategy, build plans, forecast revenue, and drive accountability.
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills and comfort driving decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear narratives and influence stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strategically focused, with a track record of driving measurable impact in complex environments.
  • AI native/AI first instincts, using AI tooling as a default first step for problem-solving and research.
  • Ability to explain examples of using AI to structure problems, generate hypotheses, or explore scenarios.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude/Gemini/Codex, SQL or analytics copilots) for data querying, model building, or QA.
  • Experience building automated workflows using AI tooling or low/no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Move, Airtable).
