About the Role
We are seeking an Events Executive to join our dynamic Marketing and Events Team at ICMP & SAE, based at our London East campus. You will play a key role in delivering high-impact recruitment and student experience events across London, creating memorable experiences for prospective and current students while building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and creative hubs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver recruitment events, including Open Days and Evenings, Experience Days, UCAS and HE Fairs, and School Workshops and Tours.
- Coordinate and deliver student experience events, including Freshers Week, Guest Speaker and Masterclass Programmes, Graduation Ceremonies, and End-of-Year Showcases and Songwriter Circles.
- Support student-led initiatives and enrichment activities.
- Support wider business objectives, including Summer Schools, Non-Accredited Courses (NAC), and international school partner events.
Requirements
- Experience in event coordination and logistics.
- Confident and clear communication skills with strong public speaking abilities.
- Passion for creative education and student engagement.
- Proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and willing to travel, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid UK driving license.
