About the Role
Join a high-growth Workforce Transformation practice to support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels. You will collaborate with expert colleagues to solve complex client challenges, provide advisory services to leadership, and contribute to the firm's thought leadership and intellectual property.
Responsibilities
- Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels
- Undertake Agile coaching engagements using methodologies such as SAFe, DAD, and LeSS
- Serve as an Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner
- Support Lean Portfolio Management engagements
- Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure timely realization of outcomes
- Provide advisory services to client leaders
- Support and mentor other consultants within the WX practice
- Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property, and methods/tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
- Expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management
- Recognized Agile qualification or certification (e.g., PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
- Proven record of successful delivery via recognized agile methodologies
- Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing at the team level
- Previous consulting, industry, or contracting experience
