About the Role

As our first UX hire, you will leverage your expertise to ensure we continue creating a world-class product experience as we scale. You will also have the opportunity to grow with us, playing a key role in scaling our product and shaping our company's future.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Product team to identify opportunities for UX improvement and define best practices across the application.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your ideas to other teams.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights and inform iterative design improvements.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.

Requirements

  • Proven UX design experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design.
  • Ability to work quickly with minimal documentation and technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills.
