About the Role
The Operations Strategy Associate role is a generalist position suited for an "all-around athlete" type who wants exposure to a range of problems and opportunities. Responsibilities
- Redesign processes for converting workplaces to new payment methods to speed up cash conversion.
- Research, vet, and onboard new vendors for AI agent integration into customer-facing efforts.
- Build an internal predictive analytics model to identify bad payers early.
- Spearhead a quality task force for key customers.
- Manage a team within an Operations department.
- Handle customer interactions, resolve issues, and identify process improvement opportunities within workflows.
Requirements
