About the Role

This role is responsible for the oversight of company-owned tanks and related equipment loaned to customers. The position ensures proper deployment, compliance, inventory control, billing accuracy, and operational readiness of all tank assets. The role acts as a key coordination point between sales, operations, inventory management, and accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve or reject customer project requests involving loaned tanks and equipment
  • Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place prior to deployment
  • Create and manage tank loaned agreements within the accounting system
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards
  • Oversee safe assembly of tank systems, ensuring proper installation of transfer equipment and strict adherence to company and regulatory safety standards
  • Coordinate with Inventory Supervisor to maintain appropriate stock levels of tanks and accessories
  • Ensure all tanks are properly outfitted with required components prior to delivery
  • Monitor tank utilization to prevent shortages or overallocation
  • Manage registration and removal of tanks with applicable state environmental agencies
  • Maintain compliance documentation and ensure all equipment meets regulatory requirements
  • Monitor monthly volumes and enforce contractual fees when volume thresholds are not met
  • Ensure accurate billing for deliveries, pick-ups, and related services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, logistics, inventory, or equipment coordination preferred
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred
  • Microsoft Office knowledge: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • License and vehicle to drive
  • Flexibility to be a team player and participate in efforts that are needed to benefit the company and accomplish unscheduled necessary projects and tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
