About the Role

Capgemini Client Partners are trusted advisors responsible for managing global or regional accounts, developing long-term client relationships, and driving profitable business growth. They understand client organizations, identify key influencers, and ensure effective positioning of Capgemini for major projects.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and lead a top strategic account within the Consumer Product and Retail Industry.
  • Develop profitable business from managed accounts, achieving booking, revenue, and profitability objectives globally.
  • Understand key influencers, client culture, and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure effective Capgemini positioning at board and senior management levels.
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience serving clients in the travel or logistics industry, preferably with large clients.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in selling complex IT services/customized technology services.
  • 5 years or greater of recent experience selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 global services provider.
  • Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues, and trends affecting technology spend.

Salary/Compensations

  • $88,544 - $281,842
