Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional activities for various products or channels.
  • Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of the company through various goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute day-to-day marketing activities in support of a product, service or channel.
  • Help prepare and adhere to budgets.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of advertising and marketing materials and ensure brand messages are consistent.
  • Collaborate with sales and product to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution of identified opportunities.
  • Develop and lead enterprise marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launch initiatives that drive business growth, brand awareness, and market expansion.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing communications, promotional materials, digital content, and client-facing collateral in partnership with key business stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with internal leaders, external agencies, consultants, and clients to align marketing efforts with strategic business objectives.
  • Direct marketing budgets, resource allocation, and program execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance and return on investment (ROI), using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably supporting complex sales cycles and enterprise-level products or solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing content strategy, positioning, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen brand authority and market presence.
  • Proven ability to measure marketing influence and campaign effectiveness, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance and demonstrate business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrated success building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across sales, product, and business leadership teams.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship.
