About the Role

The Premier Collection is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to greet and guide clients through the service process, explain maintenance needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in representing the company's brand with excellence and providing an exemplary level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients in the service drive through the service process.
• Assist customers in identifying and explaining their concerns.
• Explain maintenance based on mileage and time passed since last visit.
• Coordinate Valet for pickup and delivery of customer’s vehicles.
• Ensure proper documentation of Complaint, Cause and Correction.
• Follow up after service to assist customers with additional questions.
• Represent The Premier Collection’s brand with excellence.
• Provide an exemplary level of customer service.
