About the Role
The Hematology Oncology Account Specialist engages Hematologists and key oncology customers across academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts to support the launch of a Multiple Myeloma product. This role focuses on delivering clinically focused selling messages to drive revenue and product goals while maintaining high standards of compliance and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Engage Hematologists and oncology customers to deliver clinically focused selling messages for a Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors, Nurse Educators, Key Account Managers, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs.
- Identify market dynamics, trends, and strategies to support brand and corporate objectives.
- Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts with the oncology account team.
- Develop relationships within accounts to understand objectives, goals, and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies governing customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in oncology sales, with hematology oncology preferred.
- Buy and bill experience with biologics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices or academic hospitals.
- Current account management experience calling on large oncology group practices or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the hematology oncology therapeutic area and the oncology marketplace.
- Ability to travel and cover large geographical territories.

Salary/Compensations
- $158,950 - $220,000 (US)
- $154,600 - $198,600 (Canada)
