About the Role

Drive business opportunities by building a strong sales and service team that will embrace the company brand and cultivate revenue while ensuring high levels of customer happiness. Educate the local market to drive national initiatives and grow local business through in-branch customer meetings, informative seminars, lead utilization, and client appreciation.

Responsibilities

  • Function as a general manager for the branch, building and leading strategies to develop associates and their business.
  • Lead, recruit, and work closely with branch employees, taking team building seriously.
  • Develop sales capabilities through dedicated mentoring and coaching.
  • Manage branch infrastructure, including lobby and operational technology, back office processing, and quality assurance processes.
  • Drive business opportunities by building a strong sales and service team.
  • Cultivate revenue while ensuring high levels of customer happiness.
  • Educate the local market to drive national initiatives and grow local business.
  • Conduct in-branch customer meetings, informative seminars, lead utilization, and client appreciation events.

Requirements

  • At least five years in a financial sales role.
  • Three or more years of management within a financial services environment.
  • Active Series 9/10, 7 and 66 licenses.
  • Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

  • All-encompassing brokerage and mutual fund knowledge.
