About the Role

You will guide a team in the expansion of our proprietary and award-winning Fixed Income Trading platform, Fidelity Bond Beacon, which is used by thousands of financial advisors across the US. As the product owner, you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the team’s mission and strategy, working with trading desks, compliance, clients, and leadership to prioritize the product feature backlog to deliver best-in-class execution and user-friendly workflows. You will enable the team to innovate and experiment while balancing the risk and reward of those efforts.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience with electronic trading and fixed income investment markets and workflows (treasuries, agencies, mortgages, CDs, municipal bonds, corporate bonds and/or structured notes).
  • Passion for developing class-leading user experiences that make the complex simple.
  • Strong aptitude for quantitative finance, statistics, probabilistic risk, and associated concepts.
  • Highly collaborative and effective communicator, capable of making and defending decisions even under conditions of uncertainty.
  • Software product leadership and program management skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and experience fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching.
  • A track record of contributing to high-performing teams.
