About the Role

Premier Truck Group is seeking a Parts Inside Sales professional to provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and manage parts inventory. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction within our network.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from customers.
• Search catalogs for the correct part to meet customer needs.
• Call vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock.
• Maintain a section of the showroom floor.
• Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma and/or GED is required.
• Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities.
• Additional product training preferred.
• A minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
