  • Facilitate brainstorm sessions and workshops to surface creative ideas and implementation plans.
  • Communicate regularly with a wide range of stakeholders, including Tide’s Senior Leadership Team and the C-Suite.
  • Lead commercial research and competitive analysis to monitor trends and benchmark, translating findings into actionable strategies.
  • Act as an expert on member motivations to bring their voice into commercial and product design discussions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving commercial impact, partnering with finance to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to set and track clear KPIs across all initiatives to meet revenue goals.
  • 7+ years of experience leading 'always on' activity to drive commercial performance, ideally with specific experience in Accounting and other Admin Services products in a fintech environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver consistent activity that drives commercial impact.
  • Ability to review and interpret data to develop hypotheses and assumptions, turning insights into clear, actionable plans.
  • Proven Go-To-Market track record, delivering holistic, high-impact omni-channel campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to juggle multiple launches and tactical tests in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to build relationships across teams, craft compelling messaging, and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
