About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Fleet Clerk to support daily fleet operational functions. This role is essential for efficient coordination, accurate documentation, and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support fleet operations, including data entry, record maintenance, scanning, and document management.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support daily business needs and special projects.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or clerical role preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
