About the Role

Join our Accounting team as an Accounting Working Student in Berlin. You will assist with Accounts Payable, data maintenance, and support financial process improvements, working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Payable team in processing and verifying incoming invoices.
• Maintain accurate data in subledgers, including Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets.
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS).
• Collaborate on ongoing improvement projects for finance processes.
• Assist the Procurement team, e.g., by supporting the creation of PRs and POs.
• Maintain supplier master data.
• Support cross-functional finance projects as needed.

Requirements

• Advanced progress in studies (2nd half) in Economics, Business Administration, or similar, with a focus on Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• High attention to detail, reliable and proactive working style.
• Strong interpersonal skills, open to working in an international and diverse team.

Skills

• Experience with SAP and Jira is beneficial.
• German skills are a plus.
