About the Role
As part of our project management team, you will support the successful implementation of our workforce transformation projects, providing crucial support for project success for our clients and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our project managers from the start, learn modern project management methods, and gradually take on more responsibility. As a Project Expert, you will develop step-by-step towards project management.
Responsibilities
- Active internal participation in our workforce transformation projects and support for their successful implementation.
- Independent execution of administrative project activities such as scheduling, data maintenance in digital systems, or preparation and structuring of project documents.
- Support for our clients via hotline and ticket system, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Application and further development of our project management methods and processes, as well as identification of digitalization potentials.
- Opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility and continuously develop.
Requirements
- Completed studies or comparable education, preferably in business administration, HR or personnel management, or another relevant field.
- Initial professional experience through internships or working student positions, preferably in project management, consulting, or a similar area.
- Ability to maintain an overview of multiple projects simultaneously and good organizational skills.
- Enjoy working independently and as part of a team, and willingness to take responsibility.
- Interest in developing further in project management and learning/applying established methods and toolboxes according to current PM standards.
- Curiosity and communication skills, ability to build relationships and trust, and enthusiasm for transformation and change processes.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., O365).
- First experience with common consulting, collaboration, and reporting tools such as PPT, XLS, Miro, Teams, PowerBI is desirable.
