About the Role

As a Product Owner, you will serve as a critical bridge between customer challenges and software solutions. You will conduct discovery on new product capabilities, analyze data, address customer issues, and collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions for AEC professionals. You will work with designers, developers, and researchers to conduct user research, validate solutions, and launch software products. This role is key in refining and accelerating product strategy to meet evolving customer needs, with a focus on helping customers achieve greater outcomes with data and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Business Strategy, Sales and customers to assess and prioritize product requirements, resulting in achievable, clear product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Experience Design, Customers, and Software Development Teams throughout discovery and research activities, resulting in alignment on improvement plans.
  • Support scrum teams with delivery activities, including backlog management, user story creation, defect prioritization, and assessment of improvement status, resulting in predictable, high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers and Software Development leads on adjacent or platform capabilities to ensure consistency and aligned roadmaps.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Delivery, to support product launches and ongoing adoption success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design (Road, Highway, Rail, Land Development) production.
  • Production-level experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to leverage analytics and balance multiple inputs for roadmap planning.
  • Desire to engage with a range of stakeholders, from technical end-users to business leaders.
