About the Role

Autodesk Tandem is transforming building operations through digital twins and data-driven intelligence. Our team builds technology that connects building data, workflows, and systems to help operators improve resilience, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. We're looking for a Product Manager to help drive the execution of Tandem’s product roadmap across a range of product areas, including user-facing features and underlying platform capabilities. In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Development, and you will work closely with cross-functional partners in Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product capabilities that solve meaningful customer problems. This position requires flexibility; you may work across different parts of the product over time. You will be responsible for taking well-defined problem spaces, shaping them into clear product requirements, and delivering solutions that create measurable value for customers. This is a strong opportunity for a PM looking to deepen their product craft and expand into broader ownership over time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of Tandem’s customers and workflows, using research, feedback, and data to inform product decisions within a defined problem space
  • Own execution of scoped product initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration, translating problems into clear requirements and user stories
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features and unblock progress when needed
  • Contribute to prioritization and planning by helping evaluate tradeoffs, maintain focus on the most impactful work, and adapt as new information emerges
  • Define and track success metrics for your work, using both quantitative and qualitative signals to assess impact and guide next steps
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders about what is being built, why it matters, and how it delivers value to customers and the business

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience (or equivalent experience working closely with product teams)
  • Experience delivering product features through the full lifecycle (discovery, delivery, iteration)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and navigate ambiguity within a defined scope
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and customer insights to inform decisions

Skills

  • B2B or enterprise SaaS products
  • Data-informed products or platforms
  • Analytics exposure
  • Building systems, IoT, or data-driven operational workflows in physical environments
  • Building or contributing to 0-to-1 or early-stage product capabilities
  • Platform systems, APIs, or developer-facing products

Experience Level

  • 3-5 years

Salary/Compensations

  • $104,000 and $151,800

Benefits

  • Annual cash bonuses
  • Commissions for sales roles
  • Stock grants
  • Comprehensive benefits package
