About the Role
As an Area Manager, you will play a vital role in upper branch management to ensure the seamless operations of our branch. Responsibilities
- Ensure quality service provided to customers by inspecting buildings, delivering supplies and managing field staff.
- Control supply costs and ensure each account is adequately stocked.
- Collaborate with upper management to provide effective communication.
- Manage time efficiently to meet operational needs.
- Train new hires.
- Clean/service facilities as needed during coverage gaps.
Requirements
- Skilled at making quality decisions.
- Requires daily travel to multiple locations each night.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance.
- At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
- Possess the required licenses.
