About the Role
This role is central to the Strategic Partnerships team, focusing on building and optimizing the operational systems that enable repeatable execution across a multi-vertical, multi-region portfolio. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain frameworks, playbooks, and cadences to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness, working directly with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and leading the Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Own the operating system: Design, build, and maintain frameworks, playbooks, and cadences for channel teams.
- Run the planning cycle end-to-end: Own annual and quarterly planning, OKR translation, KPI frameworks, financial frames, and execution roadmaps.
- Run the QBR process: Structure reviews, build narratives, surface decisions, and follow through on actions.
- Lead and develop the Operations team: Set clear direction, hold a high bar for output, and foster growth and development.
- Drive strategic projects: Own execution of complex, cross-functional projects from framing to delivery.
- Own performance tracking and the channel P&L view: Maintain GMV forecast, track actuals, and build leadership dashboards.
- Translate data into decisions: Analyze partner health, ROAS trends, pipeline conversion, and incrementality signals.
- Drive cross-functional execution: Resolve partner launch blockers related to tracking, payments, or product dependencies.
- Build bridges between functions to align teams without being asked.
Requirements
- 7+ years combining strategy and operations experience.
- Experience starting in top-tier consulting and moving into an in-house role at a marketplace, platform, or high-growth tech company.
- Proven experience owning initiatives end-to-end: problem framing, cross-functional alignment, execution, post-mortem.
- Demonstrated ability to build and own operational systems.
- Growth-obsessed mindset with a bias for action.
- People leadership experience, including managing and developing a team.
- Strong analytical foundation: ability to build a channel P&L, model GMV scenarios, and structure business cases.
- Excel fluency is a must.
- Comfort with ambiguous data is essential.
- Strategic planning and OKR experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for all levels of the organization.
- Ability to simplify complexity without losing accuracy.
