About the Role
Join our team as a bilingual sales agent and be the first point of contact for clients, helping them with their waste removal needs. You will be part of a growing team of virtual sales agents across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Sell the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? service by explaining how waste is removed effortlessly.
- Answer customer questions about services, scheduling, and pricing to convert them into bookings.
- Complete a comprehensive virtual training program.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada and reside in Ontario.
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English.
- Friendly telephone technique and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
- A quiet home workspace with a fast and reliable internet connection.
- A high-performing computer with at least 8GB of memory.
- Wired connection via Ethernet cable is required.
