About the Role

The role involves accurately producing work according to job specifications, handling daily finishing tasks, and upholding company quality control practices to ensure high-quality output. You will operate various machinery including laminators, welders, and cutting machines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and process work according to the production schedule
• Ensure work meets job sheet specifications and uses correct materials
• Collect and process work
• Laminate various types of media
• Edge wrap and mount to different substrates
• Weld substrates using Kedar
• Cut materials using Fotoba
• Stitch silicone edging to graphics
• Read CAD laydowns and check measurements on Kongsberg XP cutting machines
• Perform quality control checks against job sheets and available information
• Complete all paperwork and updates
• Notify the manager of any encountered issues
• Problem-solve minor issues to ensure smooth work flow
• Maintain machinery according to manufacturer recommendations
• Keep work area and machinery clean and tidy
• Ensure maximum throughput and productivity
