About the Role

As our Regional Manager, you'll be Dott's voice and strategic partner to local governments, public transport providers, and key institutions across North & East Germany. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of urban mobility — building strong partnerships, enabling sustainable transport solutions, and driving our regional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Dott with local authorities, public institutions, and other stakeholders across North & East Germany.
  • Drive revenue generation, local partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies across the region.
  • Leverage regional market insights, engaging with local teams and leading expansion.
  • Build strategic partnerships with public transport operators and lead MaaS and city data-sharing initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to cities and policy-makers on shared and sustainable mobility topics.
  • Develop commercial collaborations with local companies, universities, and other influential networks.
  • Lead business development and regional expansion efforts, including license management and tender participation.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in public policy, public administration, public affairs, PR, consulting, or related fields.
  • Ideally, experience in the mobility or transport sector.
  • Strong business acumen, with an analytical and creative approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both German and English.
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to Germany.
